BOOT CAMP
Men and women recharge your work out routine with this interval training class that will give you a full body workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a variety of ways to work out all the muscle groups and provides Cardio, Resistance, and Flexibility Training. Each class is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to challenge you and leave you energized.
Classes incorporate:
resistance training
jump roping
kettle bell
core strengthening
obstacle courses
sports drills
cardio training (running, sprinting, hill and stair climbing)
agility (balance and coordination)
partner drills
yoga
In the summer months we take this class outside in our beautiful parks and open it to the public. In the winter months, we are inside and this class forms part of our studio’s offerings.
