Cases of stress in the workplace has been studied, reported upon and analyzed endlessly. The end result is that stress in the workplace contributes to loss of productivity, increased sick leave and an increase in the use of health and medical benefits. For the employee stress affects human intellectual, emotional and interpersonal functioning.

We’d like to think of corporate yoga classes as a preventative measure by providing management tools for combating the effects of stress. Corporate yoga classes are an effective means to build teams; increase morale, increase work performance and boost concentration.
