FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is appropriate footwear/clothing for fitness classes and yoga?
Comfortable clothing you can move in will make your experience enjoyable. Yoga in normally done in bare feet. Our policy is not permit outdoor footwear in the studio. This is to protect our floors and minimize dirt entering the studio. We ask you bring appropriate indoor footwear for fitness classes.
2. It is my first time at the studio, what do I need to do?
Your safety is our priority, so we ask you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first yoga or fitness class. This will provide our wonderful team with an opportunity to provide you with a registration form and to review any injuries or conditions you may have. This will allow the instructor to provide you with the most appropriate modifications.
3. What should I do if I arrive late for yoga?
The first several minutes of a yoga class focuses on grounding and centering. If you arrive less than 5 minutes after the class has started, please quietly enter the studio and place your mat on the floor.
4. Should I bring a yoga mat to the studio?
The studio is fully stocked-but we like to think that your yoga mat is like your house. If you have your own mat please bring it-feel free to use one of ours if you do not have a mat.
5. What should I do with my equipment and mats after class?
Please spray the studio mat with the vinegar/water bottle and wipe your mat down. Return all equipment to the proper storage area please.
6. What should I bring to fitness classes?
Indoor footwear and water-a small towel might be nice (also your smile is always welcome)!
7. What do I do when I first arrive at the studio?
Please sign in for your class on the clip board outside the studio. Please punch or pay for your class prior to the start of your class.
