KETTLE BELL
Yoga emphasizes the breath and heightened inner awareness-a true connection between the mind and body. Kettle bell, coincidentally, encompasses movement through the breath. It was only logical that we bring kettle bell to the studio’s offerings.
We offer two types of kettle bell classes (a) strength and (b) circuit. Each class is 30 minutes in duration and will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight.
Please note: We limit the number of participants in each class. We do require you to pre-register for the class you want and we fill these on a first-come, first served basis. If you are new to kettle bell, we do require you to attend a kettle bell basics (no charge) workshop prior to your first class. Please contact the studio for more information.
