SPINNING®

Spinning® is fun, challenging and provides an awesome cardiovascular workout in a short duration, where you control your effort. For cycling enthusiasts, Spinning also provides an opportunity to increase pedaling efficiency.

Spinning® program consists of instructor-lead classes on specialized stationary bikes.  All classes will follow an all-terrain format using flats, hills, sprints, jumps and variations.  Classes are 40-50 minutes in length and are geared for participants at all fitness
levels. Please note: Bikes are booked online 24 hours in advance.

We provide an encouraging and supportive environment for new participants and challenge experienced participants.
