TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

This 45 minute custom class for men and women who want to lose weight, increase strength and flexibility and tone muscles. This class uses the latest in resistance training principles, focusing on core strength, functional training, balance, flexibility and symmetry. The class will develop a new body awareness and control that enhances the challenges of any sports and daily activities.  This class will burn calories and increase strength.

This class, using Body Bar, stability balls, resistance bands, will push you to a new level of fitness as it challenges you with an innovative, up to date, total body conditioning class.
