ZUMBA
A fun, energetic and different approach to traditional fitness classes that bring out the dancer in all of us (men, women and children). You don’t have to be co-ordinated, Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers to reap the numerous benefits from Zumba.

Zumba is the adult class. For kids we offer Zumbatomics, which is the child friendly, easy version of Zumba, using music that engages and energizes.
