Zumba
A low impact class for everyone! Described as exercise in disguise, this Latin inspired dance fitness class combines a bit of salsa, merangue, belly dancing, Bollywood and hip-hop infused with lots of fun.
Have fun, lose weight (450-800 cal/hr) in this sought after Latin inspired fitness class for men and women of all ages.

Total Body-Defined
This class, using Body Bar, will push you to a new level of fitness as it challenges you with an innovative, up to date, sculpting class, suitable for men and women. This class uses the latest in resistance training principles, focusing on core strength, functional training, balance, flexibility and symmetry. The class will develop a new body awareness and control that enhances the challenges of any sports and daily activities.  This class will burn calories and increase strength.

Kickboxing
This 60 minute, high-energy class, calorie-burning class, will strengthen and tone your upper body through the delivery of precision punches; strengthen your legs and abdominals through kicks and benefits your cardiovascular system through bobbing and weaving movements. This class is a non-contact group format. Calorie burner.

Bootcamp
Recharge your work out routine with this interval training class that will give you a full body workout.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a variety of ways to work out all the muscle groups and provides Cardio, Resistance, and Flexibility Training. Each class is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to challenge you and leave you energized. Classes incorporate:

  • calisthenics (exercises performed without weights or equipment)

  • resistance training

  • jump roping

  • core strengthening

  • obstacle courses

  • sports drills

  • cardio training (running, sprinting, hill and stair climbing)

  • agility (balance and coordination)

  • partner drills

  • yoga
